EPP Group Study Days : the implementation of the EEAS

Is there a vision of the world that is specific to the Europeans?

"Is there a vision of the world that is specific to the Europeans?", this was the question asked by the Robert Schuman Foundation and the CERI to Gilles Andréani, associate professor at the University of Paris II, former Director of the analysis and forecasting centre of the Foreign Ministry, Daniel Vernet, founder of the international political site "Boulevard Extérieur" and former manager of the international pages of Le Monde. This sixth and last encounter in the seminar, "The EU in quest of legitimacy: are we moving towards a common discourse?" took place at the CERI (Paris) on 22nd June 2010.
6th Franco-German forum on the future of Europe, Club Rhénan

Joachim Bitterlich, Deputy Chairman of Notre Europe and Jean-Dominique Giuiliani, Chairman of the Robert Schuman Foundation organised the Franco-German forum, the Club Rhénan's, sixth meeting on the future of Europe on 22nd June 2010 in Paris with the support of the Konrad Adenauer and Robert Schuman Foundations. This meeting focused on the French and German economies and the establishment of a European economic government to recover from the economic and financial crisis.

The Robert Schuman Foundation has published a study by Pierre Fauchon and François Sicard on "L'Europe des coopérations volontaires, ou comment donner une nouvelle impulsion à l'Europe" (Europe and Voluntary Cooperation or how to provide Europe with new impetus) in its "Notes" series. The presentation of the work took place on 9th June 2010 at the Senate (Paris) together with Jean-Dominique Giuliani, Chairman of the Robert Schuman Foundation, Jean Bizet, Senator of Manche and Chair of the European Affairs Committee at the Senate and the two authors Pierre Fauchon and François Sicard.
Meeting with Iurie Leanca, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Moldova

On 27th May 2010 the Robert Schuman Foundation and the CERI organised a seminar entitled "What history and which memories in Europe?", the fifth session in the series "Europe in quest of political legitimacy: towards a new common approach?" The session took place with Antonella Capelle-Pogacean, research officer at the CERI (Paris), whose speech was discussed by Georges Mink, Research Director at the CNRS before the launch of the debate with the public.
