Conference "The European Institutions at a Crossroads", Bucharest

The European Institute of Romania and the Embassy of France in Romania are organising a conference in Bucharest on 13th May on the theme of "The European Institutions at a Crossroads," with the Chairman of the Robert Schuman Foundation, Jean-Dominique Giuliani in attendance. This event is the fourteenth conference since 2007 in the series 'Romania-France - Together in Europe"; the aim is to provide a Franco-Romanian perspective on Romania's integration of Europe.
On 13th May the Chairman of the Robert Schuman Foundation, Jean-Dominique Giuliani, gave a conference entitled "The European Institutions at a Crossroads in Bucharest in Romania".
Conference organised by the Embassy of France in Romania and by the European Institute of Romania - as part of a series of events that started in 2007 "Romania-France: together in Europe".
The conference that was introduced by the Ambassador for France in Romania, Henri Paul, was chaired by Razvan Theodorescu, Member of the Romanian Academy. Mr Giuliani demonstrated how important the European project was in the present world context likewise the Lisbon Treaty in the development of the European project.
