Debate - The European Union after the French Presidency

In partnership with The Centre, the Robert Schuman Foundation is organising on 5 May a debate in Brussels on "The European Union after the French Presidency", in the presence of Jean-Dominique Giuliani, President of the Robert Schuman Foundation and Graham Watson, President of the Democratic and Liberal Alliance party at the European Parliament.
On 5th May the Robert Schuman Foundation organised an evening debate with The Centre on the theme of "The European Union after the French Presidency." Jean-Dominique Giuliani, Chairman of the Robert Schuman Foundation and Graham Watson, President of the Democratic and Liberal Alliance party at the European Parliament debated the major issues at stake for the French Presidency and notably the implementation of the Lisbon Treaty. The debate that was hosted by Bertrand Déprez focussed mainly on defence, European opinion, energy, migratory flow and the food crisis.
