Louis Jung receives the "European award of Culture 2002"

On May 10, 2002, Louis JUNG, Honorary President of the Robert Schuman Foundation, received in Berlin the "European award of Culture 2002", "Pro Humanist", from M. Wolfgang Schaüble, Deputy at the Bundestag. It took place in the premises of the Republic and in the presence of the German President, M. Johannes RAU. M. Louis JUNG was saluted as a pioneer of Franco-German relations and of European unity.

Lithuania-France
European Union - 07/07/1999
JD Giuliani and P Joannin, who head the Robert Schuman Foundation, went to Lithuania from July 7 to July 9, 1999. This visit aimed mainly to renew the agreement protocol between the Foundation and the Association Lithuania-France of Kaunas. This association, directed by Mrs Biruté Straksiene, manages the Robert Schuman Centre that the Foundation opened in 1992.
